Here's How It Works:
FOR SELLERS, IT’S SIMPLE!
Drive to the lot during operating hours on Saturday or Sunday, pick a space, choose a term - $35 registration fee for one weekend or $99 registration fee for unlimited weekends until your vehicle sells (with a $10 per month charge until it sells). Post our sign in the window and go enjoy your weekend. You can leave your vehicle all day and night until 5:00 PM on Sunday. We staff the lot during operating hours and security patrols the lot at night. We will photograph your vehicle and post an ad on our website and create an ad for you to post on Craigslist.
If you choose, you can leave the vehicle keys with us (most do) and we will open the vehicle and start the engine for anyone interested in taking a closer look. We won’t allow the vehicle to be test-driven. You stay in control of the negotiations and work out your best deal with the buyer.
Once you have made the sale, we will provide you with the DMV paperwork so you can legally transfer ownership and release liability. *A $10 per month service fee is charged after the first four weekends until the vehicle is sold or the owner no longer wants it listed.

As the area’s only For-Sale-By-Owner Weekend Display Lot, we are committed to taking the hassle out of the private vehicle sales process. We do not sell on consignment or charge commissions that inflate prices. You stay in control of the sale of your vehicle at all times and negotiate the price you're most comfortable with.
